i've reworked the MAINTAINERS page by linking a bunch of people to their
userpage.  this way the user only has to maintain their one page and all
the others won't bitrot.

so if you don't have a page yet for your username in the wiki, you should
create one, and then update the MAINTAINERS page to link to it.
