[PATCH] powerpc: Add missing descriptive strings for hwcap features in dl-procinfo.c

Hi

I noticed that _dl_powerpc_cap_flags has descriptive strings missing for

PPC_FEATURE_PSERIES_PERFMON_COMPAT
PPC_FEATURE_TRUE_LE
PPC_FEATURE_PPC_LE
PPC_FEATURE2_HAS_VEC_CRYPTO

This patch adds those so they show up when LD_SHOW_AUXV=1.
