Wouldn't it be nicer to read with:

  # if !(defined __NO_LONG_DOUBLE_MATH && defined _LIBC)
        || defined _LIBC_TEST
	|| defined __LDBL_COMPAT
	...

The double negation looks a bit ugly to me.  Looks OK otherwise.
