    Fix typo in macro names in sysconf.c
    
    Spell _POSIX_DEVICE_SPECIFIC and _POSIX_DEVICE_SPECIFIC_R correctly.
    Found when trying to make the getconf environment variables
    typo-proof.

    	_POSIX_DEVICE_SPECIFIC and _POSIX_DEVICE_SPECIFIC_R correctly.
