The ChangeLog is obviously wrong, it should be:

	* include/bits/stdlib-float.h [_ISOMAC || !IS_IN (rtld)]:
	Include bits/stdlib-float.h.
	* include/mqueue.h: Use internal code only when _ISOMAC is not
	defined.
