[PATCH][benchtests] Use inputs file for modf

Hi,

The modf benchmark can now use the framework since the introduction of
output arguments.  OK to commit?

	* benchtests/bench-modf.c: Remove.
	* benchtests/modf-inputs: New inputs file.
