If folks are signing up, please let me know, so that I can add them as
maintainers.  That's the only way to get access to update patch
states.  So far I noticed that Adhemerval and Carlos have signed up
and I've added them as maintainers.

I'll add Carlos as site admin too, so that even he can add
maintainers.
