I checked the list of headers with nonempty expectations for XPG3 / XPG4
against System Interfaces and Headers Issue 4, Version 2 (C435), together
with Networking Services Issue 4 (C438). If the summary for a header had
the #include UX-shaded, that means the header should only be tested for
XPG4 (_XOPEN_SOURCE plus _XOPEN_SOURCE_EXTENDED), otherwise it should be
tested for both XPG3 and XPG4. Similarly, UNIX98 was checked against the
set of headers at
<http://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/7908799/headix.html>.
