[PATCH 0/6] Split kernel-features.h by architecture

This patch series splits out architecture-specific parts of
kernel-features.h into per-architecture versions of that header,
making non-ex-ports architectures match what is done for ex-ports
architectures.

The whole series is relative to a tree with

<https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2014-06/msg00519.html>,
<https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2014-06/msg00520.html> and
<https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2014-06/msg00538.html> (pending
review) applied.  Each patch assumes the previous patches in the
series have been applied.
