[PATCH] S/390 Reverting the jmp_buf/ucontext_t ABI change

Hi,

the current patches
for master: https://www.sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2014-07/msg00568.html
for release/2.19/master: 
https://www.sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2014-07/msg00572.html
reverts the jmp_buf/ucontext extensions and provides the introduced 
GLIBC 2.19 symbol versions.

If there are no further comments/issues in the next one or two days, we 
will commit them.
