[PATCH roland/nptl] NPTL is no longer an add-on!

Hi,

now the roland/nptl branch builds on s390. Thanks.

the diffs of the remaining files show the same different paths or the 
build date.
Tested for s390/s390x with/without lock-elision.
The testsuite also passes for these.
