This is the second time someone's hinted that "hey, you might want to
rebuild anyway, due to unspecified GCC changes".  Pretty sure that if
you want to use that as an argument for rebuilding the world, a pointer
to these supposed issues would help.

Even if you don't want to use it as justification, it would probably
be in the spirit of cooperation to be less coy and tell us what you're
hinting at here.
