POSIX has it's not AC-Safe; our implementation it is, therefore it's
unlike POSIX, thus !posix. It's within @acsafe{}, thus the correct note
is @acsposix{}.

Same reasoning. POSIX says it's AS-Unsafe, our implementation is
AS-Safe, thus !posix.
