Adding res_[sg]etservers support to glibc

Hi,
is there any interest in adding the functions res_setservers and
res_getservers like they exist in FreeBSD and Solaris to glibc? These
would provide a sane interface to get and set both IPv4 and IPv6
nameservers used by the resolver.

I'll propose a patch for this if you like the idea.
