Thanks, committed.  Allen, you may wish to cherry-pick commit 
fbfdf9cb039486f66994637081862c01bbd6a765 to 2.19 branch.

It will be useful if you can do this again around early July when we enter 
release freeze for 2.20 - at that time we regenerate ulps files from 
scratch in order to update them for changes that reduce expected ulps or 
change the test names that appear in ulps, but this does mean we then need 
people doing regen-ulps on a variety of x86 / x86_64 processors.
