Remaining machine status updates for 2.19

Hi,

The follow machines have not had their status updated on the wiki page:

x86 GNU/Hurd
*PowerPC (soft-float)
PowerPC (hard-float)
PowerPC64
sparc
sparc64
*ARM
MIPS
Alpha
SH
Microblaze
HP-PARISC
m68k

The two flagged with a * [ARM, PowerPC (soft-float)] both have had their
test failures noted in the "Known issues" section, so we know they have
been run, just not the compiler/linker versions used.  Others have had
ULP updates done, but nothing recorded at all.
