sigcontextinfo.h definitions.

Hi,

While looking at Venkats patch to add sigcontextinfo.h to the aarch64
port I noticed that all of the sigcontextinfo.h implementations in the
tree provide definitions of  GET_FRAME, GET_STACK ad CALL_SIGHANDLER.
I can find no use of any of these macros in the tree (bar the cases
where GET_FRAME itself is defined in terms of GET_STACK).

Do these macros serve a purpose or are the legacy cruft that should be
removed from the tree?
