Oh, I did not know about this document.  I intended to add
documentation for these probes as a separate change on top of Alex's
patches[1] for malloc probes and documentation - I failed to actually
mention it, which is obviously my fault.  I can repost with the
documentation bits in the manual if you'd like to see the probes and
documentation together.
