Found a fixed bugreport in previous release - how to update NEWS?

Reviewing BZ#10191, I see that it was fixed by Roland some time ago:

	* include/sys/socket.h (__libc_accept, __libc_accept4):
	Add attribute_hidden.
	* socket/accept4.c (__libc_accept4): Remove libc_hidden_def.

What's the proper procedure here?
* Add [BZ #10191] to the above ChangeLog entry?
* Add 10191 to glibc 2.17 - or 2.18?

I couldn't find this documented in the glibc wiki,
