Documentation of POSIX Threads interface previously in linuxthreads.texi

Siddhesh,

I was recently reminded that we *used* to have a "POSIX Threads" section
in the glibc manual when linuxthreads was around. We had linuxthreads.texi
which had quite a bit of generic POSIX Threads stuff.

I found an old html reference here:

Think we should resurrect linuxthreads.texi and copy as much as we can?
