TSX lock elision for glibc v5

THere's trouble with the installation of the techinfo pages:

$ make install
...

.../manual//elision.texi:1: This node (Lock elision) has the bad Prev.
makeinfo: Removing output file `/.../obj/manual/libc.info' due to errors; use --force to preserve.
