[PATCH 02/15] Add a testcase for BZ 14955

Please explain in the email what BZ 14955 is and why this patch belongs 
in this series.

I propose to discuss this one separately from the rest - together with a 
patch to fix it. We shouldn't add this testcase without a patch,
