The patch was mangled in your message, making it difficult to see where the
original line breaks and spaces were.  If the use of spaces is correct and
every line is under 80 chars, then the patch is fine.

The spacing is mangled here.  Make sure the header line has the exact
standard format (two spaces separating each of the three fields).
