This patch is to a part of the code I usually don't look at.
That being said, the change looks OK to me as well.

While we're on the topic, I like Andreas's January 29
patch to fix a buffer overrun in the regexp code, here:

and suggest that it be put in as well.  I've already done
this for the gnulib version.
