I don't think it's a problem, since it's not an exported function (not even
GLIBC_PRIVATE).  You have a redundant copy in librt now when it would be
possible for librt's calls to use the libc copy instead.  But if libc
needing this is powerpc-specific, it doesn't seem worthwhile to rejigger
things to avoid that duplication.
