Kernel 3.6 changes: Add F_GETOWNER_UIDS in glibc's <bits/fcntl.h> ?

Please wait a while if you don't have a big reason. All of c/r feature
are experimental.
Several month ago, Andrew Morton said linux community might revert all of c/r
patches if c/r folks are going to fail to implement concrete userland
checkpoint and
restore implementation.
