Just a couple quick clarifications.  The comments to-date aren't mine 
nor is the actual patch for Interlingua; they were cut-and-pasted from a 
downstream BZ filed by Nik Kalach.

With that in mind, the one issue that stands out to me is copyright 
assignment.  Does glibc generally require assignments for locale 
contributions and if so Nik will need to get an assignment on file.
