Include string.h in sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/fxstatat.c

sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/fxstatat.c uses strlen but doesn't include
string.h, so causing implicit function declaration warnings on
architectures using this file (MIPS, for example).

I've committed this patch as obvious to add the string.h include.
