Alrighty, then.  Good job not trusting my memory, which I never do (but
still don't bother to check the archives for what I said before ;-).

The ChangeLog entry really does need to list every single file you touch.
(It's easy to generate from lsdiff or whatnot.)  Otherwise the mass change
is fine, and I think for this it is OK not to bother touching copyright
years of all the files mechanically modified in that trivial way.
