more cleanup trivia (ASM_TYPE_DIRECTIVE, ASM_GLOBAL_DIRECTIVE)

I've just filed http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14150 and
http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14151 for getting rid of the
ASM_TYPE_DIRECTIVE{,_PREFIX} and ASM_GLOBAL_DIRECTIVE macros, respectively.
More trivial work for anybody who wants to spend some time typing.
