[PATCH] Add sotruss-lib.h override mechanism for ports

You can do this without touching the generic code.  Perhaps we should clean
it up later, but there is no need for that just to let ports work.

Just add a sysdeps/.../sotruss-lib.c file that does:

#define HAVE_ARCH_PLTEXIT
#include <elf/sotruss-lib.c>
