If we can't help Dave fix the bug then we should:

* Revert the change.

* File a bug in bugzilla to track that SPARC does not work when
compiled with -frounding-math.

* Set the bug milestone to 2.16.

* Assign the bug to Dave.

* Continue to help Dave fix the bug.
