Fix for bz#13658 - using fsincos on x86-64

Btw. the same bug in sin, cos and sincos hits us in tan as well:

On x86-64:
double: 
x = 1e+22
s1 = -1.6287782256068988

float: 
x = 9.9999997781963084e+21
s1 = -1.0810239315032959

long double: 
x = 1e+22
s1 = -0.52180662513577755

And on x86:
double: 
x = 1e+22
s1 = -0.52180662513577758

float: 
x = 9.9999997781963084e+21
s1 = -0.29305437207221985

long double: 
x = 1e+22
s1 = -0.52180662513577755

The correct result of tan (1e22) is:
s1 = -1.6287782256068988
