Bugzilla: Backport flag?

Joseph,

I noticed that you marked 6 backport requests with the `backport' flag.

Given my comments here:

I've removed the flag entries.

Given that there are now zero issues with the backport flag I've taken
the opportunity to delete the flag.

We can always add it back if we feel it has some value, but I don't see
anything useful about the backport flag.
