Andreas Jaeger also did significant libm work (in particular sorting out 
the problems associated with use of x87 trig instructions, and reviewing 
almost all my libm patches).

Also say something like: Users should obtain current timezone data from 
the tzdata package at <ftp://munnari.oz.au/pub/>.

The README changes look good to me.
