glibc 2.15

[Andreas Jaeger]

Going through patches we apply for openSUSE, I noticed that we have this 
patch in - and I don't think there's a solution for 2.16 yet.

Jeff, could you file a bugreport with details, please?

Is there anybody that could review this?
