Problem with mag_IN and tr_CY locales

Installing the locales I see this message:

mag_IN.UTF-8...locales/mag_IN:5: syntax error: not inside a locale definition sectio|

tr_CY.UTF-8...locales/tr_CY:69: no other keyword shall be specified when `copy' is used
 done
tr_CY.ISO-8859-9...locales/tr_CY:69: no other keyword shall be specified when `copy' is used
 done

to reproduce, run:
make localedata/install-locales install_root=/tmp/glibc

Could somebody investigate this for the release, please?
