Hi!

Thanks Andreas and Joseph for the explanations.

I now committed Kaz/my patch (we had equal ones apart from the
_nl_default_dirname case which I defined to 0x12 as suggested on
<http://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/Testing/Testsuite#ABI_check>, and the
__fpscr_values case which I left out for the moment).
