[PATCH] Sync longlong.h with GCC to fix a sparc regression.

This fixes a 64-bit sparc regression added by my changes synced over
the other day.  I committed the fix to gcc mainline first, and this
sync's it over to glibc.

Committed to master.

	* stdlib/longlong.h: Updated from GCC.
