Release manager for 2.17?

Dear Community,

We need a release manager for the 2.17 release current in development.

Fame and fortune are yours for the taking!

Your responsibilities include:

* Following the release checklist when the 2.17 release is ready.
http://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/Release

* Watch the bugs with target milestone 2.17 and reviewing if they
  need to be in 2.17.

* Maintaining the 2.17 stable branch including reviewing bugs with
  the glibc_2.17 backport keyword.

If you never try it you won't know what you're missing!

Volunteer today and I will work on a bug of *your* choosing!
