Removing posix/glob directory

The posix/glob directory contains build support for a standalone 
distribution of the glob and fnmatch code, for copying into other 
packages.  The standard way to use bits of glibc code in other packages is 
now gnulib; I don't think a standalone distribution of glob is useful any 
more (or that glibc is the place to maintain such build support for 
external use).  Thus, I propose to remove this directory (subject to 
testing to make sure there aren't any hidden uses of it in building / 
testing / installing glibc).  Comments?
