SH crti/crtn (Was: Arch maintainers: new approach for crti.o and crtn.o)

I think you should commit this and add yourself to 
<http://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/MAINTAINERS> as SH maintainer; it's 
unlikely other people are going to have comments on SH patches.

Once this is in it will be just SPARC and S390 needing conversion - and 
the SPARC conversion is certainly in progress since that was the context 
of the -fPIC issue being raised (which it appears has now reached a 
conclusion that building as .os, then linking from the .o forms of the 
names, will be a good solution).
