Arch maintainers: new approach for crti.o and crtn.o

We could add a use of $(ASFLAGS-$(<F)) to be consistent with CFLAGS.  

What Joseph did for one of the other machines was just set CPPFLAGS-crti.S
since compile.S refers to CPPFLAGS.
