Change sources.redhat.com references to sourceware.org

Fixed.

In Bugzilla I have renamed:
* libc-locales
* glibc-bugs
* glibc-bugs-regex

>From @sources.redhat.com to @sourceware.org.

There are still 23 users with @sources.redhat.com in the database, but
I can't switch those without breaking those accounts.
