List of test failures for 2.17

I've put an initial list of architecture-independent testsuite failures 
for 2.17 on <http://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/Release/2.17>, based on 
those I've seen in my testing.

Architecture maintainers should add lists of failures for their 
architectures.  In addition, there were some architecture-independent 
failures listed for 2.16 that aren't currently on the 2.17 list:

 * nptl/tst-getpid2 is an incorrect test  
([[http://www.sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=11214|bug 11214]]).
 * Race condition on timezone/tst-timezone 
([[http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14096|bug 14096]]).
 * [[http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2012-03/msg01042.html|Race 
condition between intl/tst-codeset and intl/tst-gettext3]].

If you see any of those in your 2.17 testing, please add them to the 2.17 
wiki page.  Of course, fixing test failures (especially intermittent ones) 
is even better.

Likewise, if you see other failures, please list them in the list of known 
failures.  Bug 14664 is another one that should be listed if still 
observed.
