roland/off64_t, roland/dirent64 merged

I decided that happy reports from alpha, sparc, and tilegx were enough.  I
merged the branches and rebasing them to update log entry dates and remove
the x32 files, which I'd forgotten about.  I forgot to update the ChangeLog
date lines in the ports/ChangeLog.* files, so they indicate time travel.

If I broke somebody's build (and it's not fixed by a clean build with no
old .d files in your way), holler.
