Canonical abbreviated name of GNU C Library?

Hi all,
This may seem trivial, but there's various places where I end up
writing about the GNU C Library project, and a question that
constantly niggles is this: what is the / is there an agreed canonical
short for name for the project and the library?
That is, which of the following is considered to be correct:
glibc
GLIBC
Glibc (seems little used)
?
I've usually settled on the first, and it seems to be the most common.
However, http://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/HomePage says:
The official and canonical GLIBC website is
http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/
And on that page, "GLIBC" is used. Except, not throughout the page
(there is also "glibc" on that page), and not at all on the related
page http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/development.html. On the wiki,
"glibc" seems by far predominant.
So, does the project have a consensus on the "correct" abbreviated name?
Thanks,
Michael
