[PATCH 2/2][BZ #12416] Use stack boundaries from /proc/PID/maps to make stack executable

Hello,

I roughly read [BZ #12416] and I found comment#3 says it's a kernel
bug. But I'm not exactly sure what he said. Can anyone please explain
which fault do kernel has? If you guys don't want kernel change at
all, please ignore me.
