I also want to say that I mean no disrespect to Joseph Myers. I think
it's valuable to have many volunteers, and each will have slightly
different priorities. Cleaning up the structure of the project will
help in the medium term. My assumption is that we are here for the
long haul and that means starting some of these tasks in a staggered
fashion, such that we are ready in the future.
