Please hold on this patch. The floorl patch http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2012-04/msg00814.html 
already corrects the ulps issues for pow and I will send another patch with corrections for ctanl/ctanhl
for ldbl-128ibm. I believe with this split it will be better to indicate correctly from where
the ulps issues/corrections came from.
